Hi Michael,

To do so, you would need to use WHM and not Cpanel. Cpanel only allows addon domains. Alternatively, you can email support@sprintserve.net with the domain name, the username you desire and the password and we will create it for you and add it to one of your domains.

If you want more instructions on doing it via WHM, please contact support and we will get back to you on that.
